Shipping & Returns
The parcel will be sent out from The Netherlands in the first 24 hours once the orders are made. Once your order is send you will recieve a e-mail. If you choose for tracked shipping you will get your tracking number in the e-mail. With that number you can trace your parcel. Usually, it may take 1 to 8 workingdays for the parcel to arrive in your country. The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country and the day you placed your order. In The Netherlands orders are not send on saturday and sunday. So when you place your order on saturday or sunday, it will be send on monday.
Shipping Netherlands : 1 - 2 Working days
Shipping Belgium : 2 - 3 Working days
Shipping Germany : 2 - 4 Working days
Shipping in the rest of Europe : 2 - 8 Working days
Returns & Refunds
Products must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order.
Product returned must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s opened or damaged in any way.
We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without discussing it with us first.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the aftersale warranty of 7 days. Please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the lenses. Also do not throw the lenses and the packaging away before your problem is solved.
Replacement, return or refund is not possible if the color is not what you expect/want or if the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.
